How do you get the highest return on your investment?
Covid 19 is the only reason for stock market to be volatile for this year worldwide. We have seen lockdowns, market meltdowns, economy activity came to grinding halt in March, Apr and May.
Today, markets are certainly not as cheap as it was in Apr. But certain categories are massively undervalued; any investor can take advantage of this attractive valuation. One such sector with attractive valuation is Banking and Financial Services.
Stocks like SBI, ICICI, HDFC Bank are down by 15% from their peak due to uncertainties in Moratorium, NPA and Credit crisis fear. When any investor has a long term horizon of 5 year and above these levels in Banking and Financial services are very attractive.
Investors can identify counters and schemes and participate in a staggered manner. You can distribute your investment surplus for next 6 Months till March. There are very high number of stocks dividend yield is better than bank FD rate. In a longer horizon, this can be a great returns yielding investment.
